PARKING NOTE: If you live in a condo home and need our service, please make sure you have a parking space available for us in the complex. Otherwise, you will have to pay a parking fee based on how long we stay. The minimum fee is for 2 hours. If you tell us to use the free common parking area and we cannot find a spot there, we will still charge you the fee.

NOTE: IF IT IS THE CASE, PLEASE BACK TO THE EXTRA SERVICE SECTION AND ADD THE EXTRA SERVICE "MORE THAN 12 MONTHS FEE" TO REFLECT THE CORRECT PRICE AMOUNT.

We will cleaning your home regardless of the time we spend on it. The displayed service hours duration on our system is the average cleaning possible time and not an exact length. Sometimes the service duration is more or may be less depending your lifestyle.

Important: Cancellation and rescheduling policy
If you cancel or reschedule your cleaning less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will have to pay 50% of the cleaning cost. This fee is to cover the loss of income for the cleaner team who could have taken another job. This policy applies to both cancellations and rescheduling within 48 hours.

Urgent: Water and electricity requirements for all services (Especially for Move in/out cleaning service)
Please make sure the water and electricity are on at the property before we arrive. If we find no water or/and electricity at the property, we will cancel the service and charge you a penalty fee of 50% of the service amount.
